Station Design Details - IDL and Database

Based on discussions with Igor Terekhov, Rich Wellner and Matt Vranicar regarding how best to implement the design ideas for Stations (see SAM Station Design), we have prepared this first pass at a design for our sam_db_server_idl interfaces and our sam_db database tables.

SAM Team members are encouraged to review and comment on these ideas prior to implementing them.

Station.idl: A new version of sam_db_server_idl's Station.idl containing the interfaces required for a fully functional station. Some of the structs and sequences of this IDL will end up moving to SAMTypedef.idl but be used as noted in the other methods. For ease of reference of the design I have put all the parts needed into this one IDL file for now. Just search for NEW STATION DESIGN and you'll find all the new things below it.

Station Database Tables: New database tables needed for the fully functional station.
